A well-equipped training facility at our service centre in Delhi provides in-house training to our engineers. We offer coverage (24×7 or 9×5), response time (4hrs or NBD) and resolution time (6ctr, 2BD, 3BD, or on best effort basis) to suit customer needs. To ensure seamless service delivery, we have developed systems and processes related to ticket recording and handling, parts tracking, partner payments, SLA monitoring, customer satisfaction survey and regular reporting on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis.

Expertise in Parts

Parts have long been Eagle’s area of expertise. Eagle provides parts for repair and up-gradation of all IT asset categories maintained by it. Our experts can predict parts required to fix breakdowns, suggest alternate part numbers and plan parts inventory for respective maintenance contracts. We carry parts in each of our service locations and at customer premises if required to meet SLA.

Logistics

A diverse country like India with 28 States and 8 Union Territories has multiple laws and regulations governing goods’ movement. Eagle has the necessary statutory registrations required for this. We have agreements with leading logistics vendors for international logistics, within-India forward logistics, and reverse logistics for the movement of parts. For urgent deliveries, we use time-definite delivery (TDD) services from our logistics vendors.

With offices spread across the country and a partner network, Eagle provides support at over 500 locations across India. Eagle’s offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Guwahati act as service hubs to manage services in respective territories through Eagle’s engineers or partners. With our network, our reach extends to even the remotest corner of India.

Our partner network is continuously expanding, and our mission is to cover each of the 700 districts of India eventually. With this, our service network will be within 40 KM (on average) of any location in India, making it possible to maintain widely distributed IT installations such as in banks, post offices, telecom companies, manufacturing companies, defence organizations, petrol pumps and electricity distribution networks. Direct customers and service delivery companies use our services to increase their reach and even product distribution vendors to roll out their after-sales network.
