US IT Recruiter/Lead

Location – Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients requirements
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within a time frame.
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing,networking, employee referrals
  • Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resource
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

Required skills

  • Candidates must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Employees should be self-motivated and independent.
  • Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Tax terms in the US. Having dealt with Corp to Corp, W2, 1099, contract, contract to hire, etc.
  • Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder corp. to corp., etc.
  • The Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in US IT Staffing.
  • Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.
